David Turrurbiarte is currently serving as the Captain of the Jail Division.  Captain Turrurbiarte has been employed by the Limestone County Sheriff's Office since 2011.  Captain Turrurbiarte came to the sheriff's office after serving as a Warden for the Texas Department of Corrections-Institutional Division.




Shannon Rousey is currently serving as the Captain, of the Criminal Investigation Division, under Sheriff Agnew, since January 2021.  Captain Rousey was previously employed at the Sheriff’s Office, where he was assigned to the Patrol Division, before being promoted to Sergeant and assigned to the South Central Texas/Agriplex Narcotic Task Force.  After completing his assignment, with the Task Forces, Captain Rousey was reassigned as an Investigator, before moving on to the Mexia Police Department as a Patrol Sergeant.     



Lee Cox is currently serving as the Patrol Captain.  Lee joined the sheriff;s office after serving a a Lieutenant for the Mexia Police Department.  He started out in patrol as a part-time deputy and rose through the ranks until reaching his current position as Captain.  



Jamie Bay is currently serving as the administrative assistant to Sheriff Wilson.  She is responsible for assisting the Sheriff in his daily activities, human resources, payroll and other various duties.
